What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, transmit to TOKER servers, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration, user accounts, and authorization are not required.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, standard technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted by network infrastructure to enable connectivity. TOKER does not retain this data and does not use it for tracking.

Any catch records, notes, locations, gear details, weather details, or fishing journal entries that you create in the Application are intended to remain under your control on your device. TOKER does not receive or store those records on company servers.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?

Fish Log Pro may provide features that help you add location details to your own fishing journal entries. TOKER does not collect, receive, or retain your precise real-time location information on company servers.

If you use device location functionality, location details are used only to support the feature you choose to use inside the Application. TOKER does not use your location for advertising, profiling, or third-party tracking.

Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Since TOKER does not collect personal information through normal use of the Application, TOKER does not share personal data with third parties, sell personal data, or transfer personal data for advertising purposes.

What are my opt-out rights?

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no tracking-based opt-out required. You can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it from your device.

Data Retention

TOKER does not retain personal data from normal use of Fish Log Pro because TOKER does not collect or store such data on its servers.

• No TOKER user account data is retained because the Application does not require accounts.
• No catch logs, fishing notes, location records, or heatmap data are retained by TOKER servers.
• No analytics profiles or advertising identifiers are retained by TOKER for tracking users.
• Information voluntarily sent to TOKER by email or another direct contact method may be retained only as long as needed to respond to the request, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.

Data Deletion

Since TOKER does not collect or store personal data from normal use of the Application, there is generally no server-side personal data for TOKER to delete.

You can delete data stored on your own device by using available in-app controls, clearing the Application data through your device settings, or uninstalling the Application.

If you voluntarily contact TOKER and provide personal information by email or another direct channel, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@toker.it.com.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. TOKER does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them.

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by TOKER through the Application. If a parent or guardian believes a child has voluntarily provided personal information to TOKER, they may contact us to request deletion.

Security

Because the Application does not collect or store personal data on TOKER servers, the risk of exposure of personal data through the Application is minimized. However, no system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

TOKER applies reasonable safeguards to protect any information it may receive through direct voluntary contact, such as emails sent to support or development addresses.

Data Breach Notification

Since TOKER does not collect personal data through normal use of the Application, the risk of a data breach affecting Application user data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving personal information voluntarily provided to TOKER, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you voluntarily provide information to TOKER and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

TOKER may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where required by law, TOKER will seek consent before material changes take effect.
